Hi there! My name is Rebecca, but feel free to call me Becky. I am 16 years old who lives in the south east of England and I run this blog alongside studying for my A-Levels. Running this blog for me is about sharing my interests in fashion and beauty with many other people who share the same passion that I do, and hopefully making some friends along the way!

I started Lace Marked in January 2014 after my interest in fashion and makeup had grew so much that my parents had got fed up of me talking about it, so instead I decided to vent all my fashion and beauty related thoughts to other enthusiastic people on the internet. 

I feel like I should include a little bit more about me, but there isn't much to tell! My interests other than fashion and makeup only include anything media related (such a editing and photography) and helping others out. My friend's tell me I am their 'personal counsellor' and that I put others before myself - by far my best trait. Unlike most people, I am not an animal lover however that doesn't mean to say I don't think pugs are cute, because hey, who doesn't!?

I am definitely not a hair person. As much as I'd love to be able to style hair, I'm just hopeless at it - I can't even straighten my hair properly! I'm one of those girls who gives herself almost two hours to get ready for the day but no more than 2 minutes is spent on it by brushing my hair. What can I say, no hairstyle I ever try stays in place.
